The CarePlus™ system is made up of a scalable, modular control unit with embedded software – similar to a computer server. This runs the CarePlus™ software which is US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Medical Device Data System (MDDS) listed. NiQ Health is pleased to announce that 2013 produced record sale levels for the CarePlus™ system. CarePlus™ is the most certified nurse call system available internationally; NiQ Health’s commitment to patient safety and compliance has resulted in milestone sales internationally for the business.
Milestone sales can also be attributed to NiQ Health’s expansion and commitment to their global market. NiQ Health has offices and CarePlus™ partners internationally in Australia, Asia, Europe, Middle East, New Zealand, United Kingdom and the United States. CarePlus™ can now be integrated to Smartphones and Smart Devices. This is an exciting development, allowing staff to be alerted to nurse call alarms and offering HIPAA approved secure, fully traceable, and encrypted messaging between staff through cellular and Wi-Fi networks. CarePlus™ supports a variety of devices with the application available on various smart devices, including Apple, Samsung, Android, Blackberry, and Cisco devices. CarePlus™ can also be integrated to security, fire alarm, wireless pendants, and bed mats. NiQ Health’s Annual Conference featured the reveal of CarePlus™ Smartphone integration with a live demonstration, technical overview and sales training.
