What’s in it for Partners and Distributors?

CarePlus™ V2 (software code release 3.0) has undergone significant laboratory testing and beta site testing, and is immediately available to all CarePlus™ authorized distributors, and also to end customers who are under current maintenance and support agreements. Customers desiring to update their current CarePlus™ installation may contact their relevant authorized CarePlus™ distributor; the upgrade process consists of remotely uploading the new software into each CarePlus™ Central Control Module (CCM), then rebooting the CCM to activate CarePlus™ V2 – all software feature licenses, work-flow parameters, nurse and device mappings, etc., remain unaffected and active. The entire upgrade process should take no more than 5 minutes to accomplish.
